TNP Wins Two Prizes At The Grand Prix Syntec Conseil 2023
At the 4th edition of the ‘Grand Prix Syntec Conseil,’ TNP was honored with two Silver Prizes in the ‘Leadership and HR Management’ and ‘Innovation & Insights’ categories at the ceremony held on November 28, 2023.
This competition, organized in partnership with Challenges magazine, recognizes the quality of contributions made by players in the consultancy sector by rewarding projects that have demonstrated the best performance for their clients.
Two Awards Won by TNP and Its Clients
- Leadership and HR Management Category: Silver Winners Ex Aequo | TNP Consultants & Groupe La Poste
In the ‘HR Leadership and Management’ category, the ‘Mes démarches administratives RH’ project, launched by La Poste Groupe with the support of TNP, tied for Silver.
The project: The ‘Mes démarches administratives RH’ program aims to unify and simplify the HR processes of the four main branches of the La Poste Group by creating a single portal to lighten the administrative burden on support functions and make the employee experience more fluid (source Syntec Conseil).
- Innovation & Insights Category: Silver Winners Ex Aequo | TNP Consultants & Pernod Ricard
In the ‘Innovation & Insights’ category, the project ‘Dispositif d’étiquette digitale pour une information consommateur plus responsable’ launched by Pernod Ricard with the support of TNP, tied for Silver.
The project: titled ‘Dispositif d’étiquette digitale pour une information consommateur plus responsable’, it involves adding a QR code to bottle labels. When scanned, the code provides access to product information based on the country in which the product is marketed and in the language of the country in which it is marketed (source Syntec Conseil).
The ‘Grand Prix Syntec Conseil’
Syntec Conseil is the professional association representing consulting firms in France (250 members). For the past three years, the Grand Prix Syntec Conseil, organized in partnership with Challenges magazine, has been honoring the quality of contributions made by those involved in consultancy and research by rewarding projects that have shown the best performance. The challenge is open to all consulting and research companies, whether or not they are members of Syntec Conseil (i.e., nearly 15,000 companies in France).
