TNP Consultants and Accompany Consulting forge a strategic partnership to augment their reach for their major clients in Africa, Europe and the Middle East

TNP Consultants and Accompany Consulting announce the signature of a strategic partnership through a substantial equity investment, aimed at bolstering their major clients in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East through business, regulatory, and technological transitions.

Accompany Consulting will be branded as “Accompany, a Member of TNP Group”.

For TNP, the objectives of this partnership are to:

• Strengthen its regulatory and risk transformation business on the African continent,
• Develop a leading center of excellence for Temenos solutions in Africa, the Middle East and Europe,
• Strengthen its digital skills, accentuating its role as a catalyst for innovation and transformation within the African ecosystem, where the firm already has a strong footprint in countries such as Morocco, Côte d’Ivoire, Tunisia and Gabon, particularly in the field of core banking systems.
